Clubs Holiday Giveaway Terms

  1. This is a promotion operated by Clubs Casino & Clubs Poker and is powered by Pragmatic Play.
  2. Promotion is not available to players in Connecticut, Delaware, and Kentucky.
  3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard clubspoker.com terms and conditions.
  4. The promotion will run from 28th November @ 12.01 AM EST to 27th December @ 11.59 PM EST.

Promotion Mechanics

  1. To take part in this promotion players must opt in (in-game) on Sweet Bonanza Xmas and must place stakes at the minimum value for entry in either GC Mode (100 GC) or SC Mode (0.25 SC).
  2. A player will receive points based on the in-game wins multiplier.
  3. The higher the total value of the points received by the player for in-game wins multiplier, the higher the player’s score.
  4. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score displayed on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each tournament.
  5. All players from ClubsCasino.com & ClubsPoker.com will be ranked on a single unified leaderboard. 
  6. The crediting of the prizes will take place within 72 hours following the end of the Promotional Period.
  7. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the accreditation.
  8. The top 3 players in each daily promotional period (00:01 EST – 23:59 EST) will be eligible for the daily prizes per our schedule:

Clubs Terms & Conditions

Clubs Poker reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet. 

Clubs Poker reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim. 

Clubs Poker reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk. 

This offer is not available to all Clubs Poker customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.

As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the customer. 

Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited. 

We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions. 

Clubs Poker is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.

Players residing in Kentucky, Delaware and Connecticut are not eligible for this promotion.
