Your promotion questions, answered.

What's the difference between Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins promotions?

Gold Coins are a virtual currency used for playing games for free, and you can’t redeem them for prizes. You can earn Gold Coins for free, but you can also purchase them.

Sweeps Coins can be redeemed if played at least once. You can’t purchase Sweeps Coins, but you can get them through our new player and existing player promotions as well as through an Alternative Method of Entry, such as a Postal Request Code.

You can choose whether you want to play in Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins mode.

How to enter Clubs Poker promotions?

Every Clubs Poker promotion has individual rules of entry.

For example, you need to join the Daily Freerolls, opt-in for Spins Challenges, Collect Daily Free Coins, and play eligible Bad Beat Jackpots games.

We advise you to check the T&Cs for each promotion if you want to claim your free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins without delays or issues.

How long do Clubs Poker promotions last?

For the time being, we don’t have any expiration dates on our promotions. They are active until otherwise specified from our side.

When we launch limited-time promos for specific occasions, such as Halloween or Independence Day, they come with clear expiration dates.

The exclusive sign up free coins offer is available only during the first seven days from our launch.

How to find out if I'm eligible for Clubs Poker promotions?

We recommend checking the terms and conditions of any promotion you wish to claim to check your eligibility.

Players who will join our waitlist will be eligible for the exclusive and limited-time sign up free coins bonus.

Those of you completing your first purchase will qualify for the first-purchase bonus.

How can I use my coins?

You have full freedom when it comes to playing with your Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.

Sweeps Coins must be wagered or put at risk at least one time on any game on our platform before they become redeemable.

How to find the T&Cs for Clubs Poker promotions?

Every Clubs Poker promotion has some specific T&Cs attached to it, and you can find those on the dedicated page for that promotion.

Our Sweepstakes Rules page covers our standard T&Cs for Sweeps Coins collection, use, and redemption. Our Terms of Use page covers the main terms of joining and using the Clubs Poker platform.
