Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period

Start Date: Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 09:00 PM ET

End Date: Thursday, December 25, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET

Daily Promotion Hours: 09:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time, each day of the promotion period.

Total promotion duration: 3 hours per day over 12 days.

How It Works

Random Table Selection

• Each day during the promotion hours (09:00 PM – 12:00 AM ET), three (3) eligible SC ring game tables will be randomly selected.
• One table will be selected in each hour of the promotion window (roughly once per hour).

Coin Drop at Selected Tables

• When a table is selected, an administrator will temporarily pause play to announce the coin drop.
• All eligible players seated at that table at the time of selection will receive a fixed prize of 20 SC credited to their account.
• Coin drops will be executed using a secure random selection process from the eligible table pool.

Total Draws

• Over the full promotion, there will be up to 36 table selections (3 per day over 12 days), subject to operational requirements and eligible table availability.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a prize when a table is selected:

• The player must be seated at an eligible Sweepstakes Coin (SC) ring game table at the time the table is selected.
• The player must not be marked as “sitting out” when the coin drop occurs.
• The player must not be disconnected at the moment of the table selection.
• The table must be part of the defined eligible ring game pool for this promotion (tournament tables and any excluded formats are not eligible).
• The player’s account must be in good standing and meet all standard site eligibility requirements (including age and jurisdiction).

Prize Distribution Example

If a table with 5 active and eligible players is selected:

• All 5 players receive 20 SC credited to their account.

If a table with 8 active and eligible players is selected:

• All 8 players receive 20 SC credited to their account.

The per-player prize does not depend on the number of players seated; each eligible player at a selected table receives the fixed coin drop prize for that promotion day.

Reward Timing

• Prizes will typically be credited to eligible players’ accounts within 48 hours of the coin drop occurring.
• Players at selected tables will be notified via an admin message at the table when the prize drop occurs.
• Additional notifications (e.g., inbox message or email) may be used at the operator’s discretion.

Additional Terms

Disconnections & Inactivity

• Players who are disconnected, timed out, or marked as “sitting out” at the exact time of the table selection are not eligible for that specific coin drop.
• The operator is not responsible for technical issues, connectivity problems, or device failures on the player’s side.

Table Selection Process

• Table selections will be made using a secure, random process from the pool of eligible SC ring game tables.
• The operator’s decision regarding table selection, eligibility, and prize allocation is final and binding.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

• Any attempt to exploit or abuse the promotion (including but not limited to multi-accounting, bots, seat-scripting, collusion, or other prohibited behaviors) may result in:
• Removal from the promotion,
• Forfeiture of prizes, and/or
• Suspension or closure of the player’s account, in accordance with the site’s general terms.

Game Integrity & Operational Changes

• The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, in whole or in part, at any time if:
• Technical malfunctions occur,
• Fraud or abuse is suspected, or
• Other circumstances beyond the operator’s control arise.
• In the event of cancellation or material change, the operator will use reasonable efforts to communicate this via the site or other official channels.

Geographic Restrictions

• This promotion is only available to users located in jurisdictions where the operator’s sweepstakes casino is legally permitted to operate.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that participating in this promotion is legal in their jurisdiction.

General

• Standard site Terms & Conditions and sweepstakes rules apply in addition to these promotional terms.
• Sweepstakes Coins (SC) have no direct cash value and can only be redeemed in accordance with the site’s posted redemption rules and procedures.
• By participating in the promotion, players agree to these Terms & Conditions and any related promotional communications.
